What is your mission as an E-commerce Project Manager?

​

As E-commerce Project Manager, you are the spider in the web within the e-commerce team. You usually work in multidisciplinary teams with colleagues from various departments on projects that will enable the Laublust brand to conduct e-commerce at an increasingly higher level. You understand the dynamics of international marketplaces, online retailers and webshops.

In addition, together with Teams, you ensure that online processes become increasingly efficient and reliable.

Key responsibilities:

​

• analyse and define e-commerce processes within the field of our B2B/B2C e-shops

• collect, analyse and define business requirements (functional and design) on an international basis to translate it to technical requirements

• manage the implementation and execution of the online sales process and experience

• work on topics like multi-channel conflict, business process improvements and JTL integration

• work together with specialists  to manage IT development processes 

• identify and follow up (incl. testing) change request, open issues, bugs and possible improvements regarding user-friendliness

• preparation and support for the mass roll out and point of contact regarding open issues, existing functionalities and user accounts

• recommend strategies for increasing market share via digital channels

• be up to date with e-commerce trends and technologies

 

Requirements:

​

• studies in business administration, information systems or related field

• 3-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced Consumer business managing process change and implementing business system deployments for B2C web stores

• Strong knowledge of project management methodology 

• e-commerce project experience

• knowledge of at least one e-shop solution (Shopify, Magento,,JTL ...)

• strong IT affinity

• reliable team player with strong communication skills

• ability to work independently and motivated drive topics

• international experience or openness with fluent English

• able to work under pressure
