Gipanis GmbH is looking for an eCommerce Business Development Manager to join our creative, dynamic and passionate team!

 

Responsibilities:

​

• Develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities.

• Strategically uncover new sales opportunities using business, social and legislative changes in the market and industry.

• Conduct research to identify new Channels and user acquisition. 

• Arrange business meetings with prospects and lead on the process all the way through contract signature and achieving sales targets. 

• Promote the company’s products/services.

• Translate the strategic goals of business into operational plans to achieve the required targets.

• Analyse data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights.

• Manage relationships with partners and ensure seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business.

• Working in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment, you must be an energetic, collaborative, and results-oriented self-starter who is technologically savvy and organised.

 

Qualifications:

​

• Experience in e-commerce is a must.

• Previous Experience in launching e-commerce is a plus.

• Proven track record in brand management and strategic planning that generate results. Goal oriented to consistently exceed objectives.

• A strong understanding of the consumer/retail environment and competitive marketplace.

• Experience in budget management. Strong blend of analytical, decision making and creative problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.

• Collaborator – ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to define and execute programs and build consensus for best results.
