You will be responsible for:

 

  1. Analyze and study the markets and consumer needs, search and selection of promising and trendy niches in different e-Commerce markets (Europe, USA, UK).

  2. Carry out a continuous search for new products and new product ranges in specified categories together with extremely new product niches for the company.

  3. Determine the priorities and directions for the company’s new assortment’s development, participate in the development and implementation of the assortment’s development strategy.

  4. Search and selection of new products for the assortment within the existing brands with the purpose to renew brands with trendy products.

  5. Search for new relevant and promising niches of assortment development with the creation of new brands.

  6. Managing projects for the launch of new products and product lines and controlling all processes from the idea to the launch of a new assortment in all sales channels.

  7. Maintaining effective communication with all departments of the company to organize the most efficient, correct and fastest process of launching new products and product lines/brands

  8. Analysis of opportunities to increase sales and margins of active portfolio products (new territories, new impressions, product improvements, etc.), initiation and implementation of necessary activities

 

What we are expecting from you:

  • 3-5 years of experience working on similar positions;

  • Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and customer behavior.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products in the E-commerce industry;

  • ability to analyze, organize and present information, to work with Excel and Google Spreadsheets at a proper level;

  • English language proficiency (intermediate and above)

  • presence of pronounced leadership qualities with a proactive lifestyle;

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • high level of professional interest and involvement in work, high level of ownership;

  • high level of awareness, professional maturity and confidence, honest, persistent, pedantic in work;
