We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer/Retoucher to join our Content team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and photo retouching, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling content. This is a middle-level position, perfect for someone with 2-3 years of experience looking to take their skills to the next level.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design:

   • Develop and design high-quality graphics for our digital platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.

   • Work on creating, adapting and editing personalization layouts in Illustrator to create content for e-commerce platforms

   • Collaborate with the category team to create engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity.

   • Produce layout designs, infographics, and other visual content to support various campaigns and initiatives.

2. Photo Retouching:

   • Perform advanced photo retouching and editing to enhance product images and marketing visuals.

   • Ensure consistency and quality across all images, adhering to brand guidelines.

   • Manage and organize a library of digital assets and maintain an efficient workflow for image processing.

   • Contribute innovative ideas to elevate our visual content.

3. Quality Assurance:

   • Conduct thorough reviews of all design work to ensure accuracy and adherence to design requirements.

   • Implement feedback and revisions in a timely manner to meet deadlines.

   • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality and efficiency.

 

Qualifications:

​

• 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and photo retouching

• Experience in e-commerce (Home Décor, Kids Toys or any relevant  field will be a big plus)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and retouching work.

• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for color, composition, and typography.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of web design principles and experience with UI/UX design is a plus.
