We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketplaces to join us!

Our Gipanis team is pivotal to the Laublust brand growth (laublust.de) and in this strategic role, you will be responsible for the department and support the team in managing existing and launching new marketplaces.

You will bring your experience within Amazon,eBay, Walmart marketplaces, as well as your experience in leading and motivating individuals, to support us during an exciting time of growth. You will have a great opportunity to build and improve processes as well as work with all areas of the business to become a part of the incredible journey the Gipanis team have been on.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Manage the overall Profit and Loss of all Marketplace accounts;

• Build and manage a team of Marketplace Executives (growing team);

• Analyse opportunities, develop and implement strategies to grow the Marketplace business through new channels and programs;

• Establish processes to drive marketplace sales and profitability;

• Brand protection strategy and processes;

• Liaising with the New Product Development team regarding range selection and new product development for Marketplaces;

• Manage new Marketplace launches with key stakeholders across the business.

 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

 

• 3-5 years experience working with marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart;

• Experience in building strategies and developing marketplaces;

• Experience in optimising business processes;

• A proven track record (3+ years) of building and leading a strong team that delivers commercial results.
