Gipanis GmbH is looking for a full-time Leading laser processing technologist to join our team at our head office in Mönchengladbach, Germany.

 

We are considering candidates from Ukraine, as well as those who live in Germany or the EU.

There are many Ukrainian / Russian-speaking colleagues in the team, so basic knowledge of English and / or German will be enough.

 

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and programming laser machines and UV printing machines

• Monitoring of production parameters for new launches and current activities

• Development of technological documentation and introduction of new products

• Material testing and implementation of new technologies

• Optimization of production processes and equipment operation

• Product quality control

 

Requirements:

​

• Real work experience in a personalised product manufacturing facility (laser cutting, CNC, plotters, digital printing, garment production)

• Skills for determining the standard consumption of raw materials, semi-finished products, tools and standards for technological operations for products and semi-finished products

• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, AutoCad, Fusion360 software and ability to read blueprints

• Accuracy in performing assigned tasks

• Preparation and maintenance of technological documentation

• Dynamism and independence in activity, setting to achieve the goal
