To strengthen our Logistics & Production team at the Gipanis GmbH, we are looking for a Shift Manager in Logistics (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

 

Your tasks:

• Management of the team in shift work.

• Monitoring of work processes.

• Packaging and shipping of merchandise.

• inventory control and inventories pocking.

• Reporting to the warehouse and production manager.

• Production work on laser machines and UV printing systems.

• Recognizing improvement potential and identifying improvement standards (in terms of safety, quality, ergonomics, inventory balancing and documentation)

• Responsibility for the timely implementation of certain measures, deadline tracking, elimination of disruptions in the ongoing process,problem solving in a structured manner.

 

Our requirements:

• Professional experience in logistics / production

• Experience in leading a team

• Experience with WMS

• Organisational talent, assertiveness and joy, responsibility
