Provide knowledgeable answers to customers’ inquiries regarding company products.

Use our customer service tools professionally and process individual customer inquiries by phone, email and chat

Work with the database of orders and processing orders on various trading platforms such as Amazon, Etsy
-
Communicate with other departments and support us in increasing customer satisfaction
-
Follow up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service.

Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools.
Qualifications and skills:
-
2-3 years experience in Customer Support / Telemarketing or any related field.

E-commerce experience preferred but not required.
-
CRM experience
-
German language proficiency (C2-C1 level)
-
Strong communication skills and ability to problem solve.

Attention to details, multitasking, time management, follow up.

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn new applications quickly.

Experience of work with any of trading platforms (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify)
