We are currently accepting applications and seeking self-motivated, upbeat, professional, friendly individuals to join our fast-paced Customer Support team.

A job that makes you happy:

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to customers’ inquiries regarding company products. 

  • Use our customer service tools professionally and process individual customer inquiries by phone, email and chat

  • Work with the database of orders and processing orders on various trading platforms such as Amazon, Etsy

  • Communicate with other departments and support us in increasing customer satisfaction

  • Follow up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service.

  • Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools.

 

Qualifications and skills:

  • 2-3 years experience in Customer Support / Telemarketing or any related field.

  • E-commerce experience preferred but not required.

  • CRM experience

  • German language proficiency (C2-C1 level)

  • Strong communication skills and ability to problem solve.

  • Attention to details, multitasking, time management, follow up.

  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn new applications quickly.  

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience of work with any of trading platforms (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify)
