We have an exciting opportunity for a HEAD OF MARKETPLACES (focus on Amazon) to join us!

Our Gipanis team is pivotal to the Laublust brand growth (laublust.de) and in this strategic role, you will be responsible for the department and support the team in managing existing and launching new marketplaces.

You will bring your experience within Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart marketplaces to support us during an exciting time of growth. You will have a great opportunity to build and improve processes as well as work with all areas of the business to become a part of the incredible journey the Gipanis team have been on.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Full responsibility for the development of our existing accounts on Amazon.de & Etsy with >3m EUR annual sales. You will manage the overall Strategy / Profit; establish processes to drive marketplace sales and profitability & report to the Director of eCommerce

• Manage a growing team of Marketplace Executives (1 Senior PPC manager currently). Work in close collaboration with Category Management, Purchase, Logistic & Production, Merchandise Planning, Marketing, Customer Support & Content teams to identify and execute the biggest opportunities to improve marketplaces efficiency

• Analyze opportunities, develop and implement strategies to grow the Marketplace business through new channels and programs

• Internationalization & expansion of our marketplace activities in further countries & expansion on new marketplaces on domestic market

 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

 

• 3-5 years experience working with Amazon (any country) on strategic & full operative Account Management level

• Experience & presentable achievements in developing of Amazon Accounts

• Experience in complex business (cooperation with departments)  & logistics (FBA and ideally FBM) processes 

• Outstanding analytical and data management skills

• Self-motivated and proactive

• English - upper intermediate
