We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts. As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

 As a Social Media Manager, you:

  • Create and implement SMM strategy to align with business goals

  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels — Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, adapting content to suit different channels

  • Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools

  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights 

  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

 

Experience Requirements:

  • Fluent English level. German will be an asset.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience running social media accounts, campaign management

  • In-depth experience in running organic campaigns on multiple social media platforms

  • Be naturally passionate about creating social content that resonates with new and existing audiences

  • Experience engaging audiences in creative/innovative ways

  • Strong communication skills

  • Past experience developing a successful social media presence through building relationships with users and communities

 

Working Conditions:
